1. Acceptance

By using the Platform you confirm you are at least 18 (or the age of majority in your country) and have authority to bind the organization the account is for.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for your credentials (password, 2FA codes). Don't share your account. Turn on two-factor authentication. If you suspect a compromise, tell us immediately.

3. Acceptable Use

Mary is a tool for legitimate business use. You may not:

• Generate content that breaks the law or incites violence or hate.
• Impersonate a person or brand you don't represent.
• Create deceptive content, scams, or false advertising.
• Attack the Platform (DoS, exploits, rate-limit evasion).
• Process children's data without verified guardian consent.
• Resell Mary's output as human-authored work without disclosure.

4. Content Mary Produces

The content Mary produces for you (text, images, designs, plans) is yours. Use it, edit it, publish it. But:

• Mary can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing everything before publishing, especially medical, financial, or legal claims.
• If Mary uses your material (logo, photos, prior copy), make sure you have the rights to it.
• Infringement checks on generated output are on you.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, code, designs, and marks ("Mary AI", the orb logo) are ours. Don't copy, modify, or resell them. You may use the name "Mary AI" to identify yourself as a customer, but not in a way that implies formal partnership.

6. Your Data

We process your data according to our Privacy Policy. Your data is yours; we don't sell it; we use it only to run and improve the service. Request an export or full deletion via data deletion.

7. Subscription & Billing

You pay monthly or yearly. Payments are processed securely by PayPal and Stripe — we don't store your card. Cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no pro-rated refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We don't warrant Mary will be error-free or that the service won't be interrupted. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid during that period.We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Termination

You can cancel anytime. We can suspend your account if you breach these terms, with prior notice where practical. On termination you can export your data for 30 days.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app banner. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved amicably first; failing that, the DIFC Courts (Dubai International Financial Centre) have exclusive jurisdiction.
